Eileen believes strongly that if the employee has a fulfilling work experience, he/she is better prepared (and willing) to provide an exceptional client experience. She partners with the management team to review employee surveys. She will conduct focus groups with the employees and assist the management team in executing the recommended action plan. Areas most often addressed include Rewards / Recognition, Communication and Training.
Client Experience
Eileen is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience.
Using her varied experiences, she brings a unique insight to your organization and partners with you to improve the client service model you currently provide, taking the experience to a higher level, improving client loyalty and generating referral business. She will partner with the management team to review information about your company from the client’s perspective, such as client surveys and letters.
Her experiences include: restaurant management, financial services industry, special events planning, community theater, philanthropy, and she is very familiar with the client experience provided by the airline and hotel industries as a result of being a “road warrior” business traveler for over a decade.
Business Development / Practice Management
Eileen has a successful track record as a business coach working with Financial Advisors and Client Associates. She partners with both the management team and the employees to determine the needs of the business and creates a game plan with accountable follow up at established intervals.
Speeches/Workshops
Eileen is a dynamic Keynote Speaker. She customizes the presentations to best suit the client’s strategic goals, and the length may be an hour, 90-minutes or 2-hours. The most highly requested program utilizes her experience as an Assistant Director / Stage Manager.
She is also available to teach Presentation Skills.
